The MBL Systems facility is a modern manufacturing plant that can process up to 2000 tons per day of MSW and RECYCLE 90% or MORE of materials into composite bio-planking to build homes, shelters or renewable high density fuel cubes for coal-fired co-generation plants. We're continuously researching new applications and adding capabilities nearly every day!

The facility is at "Zero Discharge", virtually odor free and the products are safe and non-toxic. The remaining MSW components; familiar metals, glass and plastics are separated through the improved electro-mechanical methods, released clean and sterilized back into the recycling markets at an enhanced value.
